*** NORMAL INSTALLATION NOTES ***
It is safe to install WOmenu over an existing installation.
However, if users are running WOmenu now in a shared
environment, you should CANCEL this installation and
perform it ONLY when all users are out of WOmenu.
(The install program cannot copy the new WOMENU.EXE
file to the old one while it is in use.)
*** MANUAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ***
If you would rather perform a manual install, then CANCEL
this installation and follow these directions.
To quickly get the menu system up and running, do the
following (check the documentation later for specifics):
* Shareware only: Run 'WOMNU' in a work
directory to extract the shareware files.
o Copy the Windows Office Menu files to your
central Windows directory (normally F:\WINDOWS
on a network or C:\WINDOWS if stand-alone).
VBRUN300.DLL is also needed in \WINDOWS.
o If not already running Windows, run it.
o Run 'WOMENU.EXE' from the Windows directory.
That's all there is to it. Enjoy!
*** AFTER INSTALLATION ***
o Use the Setup, Edit, Move, Insert, and Delete
commands as necessary to build your menu.
o Check the documentation and help file as
necessary for specifics.
*** REGISTRATION PROCEDURES ***
For registered users, you will need to enter your
registration number (found on your Software License
letter) into WOmenu. This is accomplished by pressing
the "Register" button from the initial shareware
screen and then entering your registration number.
